Section 131: Confiscation Or Penalty Not To Interfere With Other Punishments

Ans. - यह section 1st July, 2017 से applicable हुआ है.

Q.2 - Confiscation or penalty not to interfere with other punishments को समझने के लिए और दूसरे कौन से sections या rules को refer करना होगा?
Ans. - Confiscation or penalty not to interfere with other punishments को समझने के लिए CGST Act, 2017 के Section 131 को refer कर सकते हैं.

Q.3 - क्या confiscated goods पर किसी other act के भी rules or provisions apply हो सकते है?
Ans. - CGST Act, 2017 के Section 131 के according यदि कोई goods या conveyance confiscate किया गया हैं या उस पर कोई penalty लगाई गई है और यदि ऐसे goods या conveyance पर किसी other act के penalty के rules या provisions भी apply होते हैं तो वो भी उस act के according लगाए जाएंगे.
