Atleast 6 digit HSN will be mandatory in e-Invoices, for taxpayers whose AATO is 5Cr and above, from 15th of December 2023
Law Legends Outline : Taxpayers जिनका Annual Aggregate Turnover Rs. 5 crore या उससे ज्यादा है, तब E-invoices के जिए, 15th December 2023 से, 6 digit का HSN code mention करना compulsory होगा.
