INCOME TAX ACT SECTION 80AC DEDUCTION NOT TO BE ALLOWED UNLESS RETURN FURNISHED

Q.1 – क्या बिना return file किये deduction claim कर सकते है?
Ans. - Assesse को sec 139(1) की specified time limit के under उस assessment year का return file करना होगा जिस assessment year में deduction claim करना है, otherwise deduction नहीं मिलेगी.

Q.2 – यह section कब से applicable हुआ है?
Ans. – यह section 1st April, 2006 से applicable हुआ है.

Q.3 – इस section में before 1st April, 2018 के क्या provision था?
Ans. – इस section में 1st April,2006 पर before 1st April,2018 के पहले हम कोई भी deduction claim कर सकते थे under section 80IA, 80IB, 80IAB, 80IC, 80ID or 80IE.

Q.4 – 1st April, 2018 के बाद क्या provision है?
Ans. – 1st April, 2018 के बाद कोई भी deduction claim कर सकते थे under section chapter VIA.
