INCOME TAX ACT SECTION 50D FAIR MARKET VALUE DEEMED TO BE FULL VALUE OF CONSIDERATION

Ans. - यदि capital asset के transfer पर consideration, ascertainable नहीं होता है या determine नहीं किया जा सकता तब section 50D apply होगा.

Ans. - YES, section 50D में capital assets का transfer होना आवशक है.

Q.3 – यदि capital assets के transfer पर consideration, ascertainable नहीं होता है या determine नहीं किया जा सकता तब consideration क्या मानेंगे?
Ans. - यदि capital assets के transfer पर consideration, ascertainable नहीं होता है या determine नहीं किया जा सकता तब assets की fair market value on the date of transfer को ही full value of consideration माना जाएगा.
