INCOME TAX ACT SECTION 80AB DEDUCTIONS TO BE MADE WITH REFERENCE TO THE INCOME INCLUDED IN THE GROSS TOTAL INCOME

Ans. - Chapter VIA की heading C - Deductions in respect of certain incomes के sections 80H to 80 RRB की deduction मिलती हैं.

Q.2 – इस section में deduction कैसे calculate करेंगे?
Ans. - इस section में deduction की calculation करते समय ऐसा मानेंगे की उस assessee की gross total income में केवल वही income included है या ऐसा माना जायेगा की सिर्फ वही ऐसी nature की income है.
