Section 148 Special Procedure For Certain Processes

Q.1 - यह section कब applicable हुआ?
Ans. - यह section 1st July, 2017 से applicable हुआ है.

Q.2 - यह section कब applicable होता है?
Ans. - यह section government को GST council की recommendation पर certain processes पर स्पेशल procedure prescribe करने की power देता है. जिस registered person की class पर यह applicable होगा यह notification में specified किया जाएगा.

Q.3 - किन processes को इस section में cover किया गया है?
Ans. - इस section में निम्लिखित processes covered हैं:
• Registration;
• Filing of returns;
• Payment of tax;
• Administration.
