Ans. - यह section 1st July, 2017 से applicable हुआ है.

Ans. - Delegation of powers को समझने के लिए CGST Act, 2017 के Section 167 को refer कर सकते हैं.

Q.3 - क्या कोई authority और officer अपने powers delegate सकता है?
Ans. - Commissioner, notifications के द्वारा, conditions लगा कर direction दे सकता है कि CGST Act, 2017 के according किसी भी authority या officer द्वारा exercise की जाने वाली कोई भी power किसी other authority या officer द्वारा भी exercise की जा सकती है.
