Ans. - CGST Act 2017 के Section 168 के under implementation में uniformity लाने के लिए Board, Central Tax Officers को ऐसे orders, instructions या directions दे सकता है जिन्हें वह necessary या accurate समझता है और उसके बाद ऐसे सभी officers और एसे सभी लोग जो इस act को implement करने के लिए employed किये गए हैं वह सभी लोग ऐसे orders, instructions या directions का पालन करेंगे और Board की approval से Commissioner act द्वारा दी गई सभी तरह की powers को exercise कर सकता है.
