Section 44 Insurance Business

Q.1 - Section 44 में क्या बताया गया है?
Ans. – इस act के तहत ‘Interest on Securities’, ‘Income from House Property’, ‘Capital Gains’, ‘Income from Other Sources’ head में income charge करने के computation से related, या फिर Section 199 या Section 28 से Section 43B के किसी provision contrary ना होने के बावजूद किसी insurance business का या Mutual insurance company और co-operative society द्वारा किए जाने वाले business से arise होने वाले profits और gains का computation First Schedule में बताए गए rules के according किया जाएगा.
