Section 5 Scope Of Total Income

Q.1 -Resident person की total income में क्या आएगा?
Ans. – Resident की total income में निम्न income आएगी जो–
• Previous year में India में receive होती है या receive मानी जाती है;
• Previous year के दौरान India में earn या arise होती है या earn या arise मानी जाती है;
• Previous year में India के बाहर earn या arise होती है.

Q.2 –Person not ordinary resident in India की income में क्या आएगा?
Ans. - Person not ordinary resident in India की income में निम्नलिखित income आएगी जो–
• India में receive होती है या receive मानी जाती है previous year में;
• Previous year के दौरान India में earn या arise होती है या earn या arise माना जाता है;
• वह income जो India के बाहर earn या arise होती है तभी आएगी जब वह income business India से control हो रहा हो या profession India में setup से आएगी .

Q.3 – Non -resident की income में क्या आएगा?
Ans. - Non -resident की income में निम्नलिखित income आएगी जो-
• India में receive होती है या receive मानी जाती है previous year में;
• Previous year के दौरान India में earn या arise होती है या earn या arise मानी जाती है.
