Section 55: Refund In Certain Cases

Q.1 - यह section कब से applicable हुआ?
Ans. - यह section 1st July, 2017 से applicable हुआ है.

Q.2 - किसके पास power है की वो agencies को इस section के under refund claim करने के लिए notify करे?
Ans. - GST Council की recommendations पर Government agencies को notify करती है.

Q.3 - कौनसी agencies को notify करके इस section में tax का refund claim करने के लिए eligible किया है?
Ans. - इन् agencies को notify किया गया है:
a) United Nations Organization की कोई specialised agency; या
b) कोई Multilateral Financial Institution and Organization जो United Nations (Privileges and Immunities) Act, 1947 में notified हो; या
c) Consulate या Embassy of foreign countries या
d) कोई person या class of person जो इसके behalf में specified किये गए हो.

Q.4 - कौन से supplies के against यह agencies इस section में refund claim करने के लिए eligible हैं?
Ans. - यह agencies notified supplies of goods या services पर tax के refund को claim करने के लिए eligible हैं.
